This site's plot is set after X-Men 2 (the events of X-Men 3 are non-existent in this universe). After the death of Jean, Scott left for good. Looking for a new start, Xavier moved his Institute to the outskirts of New York. He continues to invite young mutants (and old mutants) from all over the world to join his academy.
The heads of the new mansion are:
1. Professor Charles Xavier
2. Storm
3. Wolverine
The tensions between the X-Men and the Brotherhood are rising. In addition, there is a registration act wanted to be brought in for all mutants. The primary villain in this storyline is Senator John Wright, played by Jon Voigt.
The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants have also left their previous resting place to arrive in New York. They are led by Magneto, who is now trying to raise children of his own. The Brotherhood is trying to train mutants to become human-hating. The teachers are primarily Magneto and Mystique, but also Parasite (an original character).
Parasite: a student of Magneto, who can control insects and also store and transfer diseases to other people. He is hopelessly addicted to several drugs, and alcohol.
